There’s something enchanting about opening a book and being transported to another world. Today’s card is for the book lover that loves magic and adventure.
The star of this card is the Waffle Flower Open Book Die. This die is perfect to set the stage for the story you want to tell.
The left page was created by using the Dragon Castle Stencil. The ink blended castle feels like a page from a favorite fantasy novel.
On the opposite page, I kept it simple by ink blending and stamping, “Stay Magical.” The script of the Open Book Sentiments adds a whimsical touch, giving the card a fairy tale feel.
For the background, I took a piece of blue cardstock and ink blended some blue and purple colors to create a nighttime sky. To finish the background, I added the Hero Arts Star Confetti Die. The scattered stars add texture and dimension across the card front.
